Subhan holds a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from UNSW, specializing in evidence-based interventions for diverse health issues. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AES) endorsed by Medicare, WorkCover, and CTP, he collaborates with allied health teams for optimal client outcomes.
With extensive experience at NSW Health’s South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, Subhan excels in managing chronic conditions like musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain, mental health, and comorbidities. 
His tailored approach integrates behavioral strategies, precise exercise prescriptions, and lifestyle changes for lasting function, well-being, and independence.
In mental health, he designs empathetic, evidence-driven programs that reduce symptoms and empower clients. 
Fluent in Urdu and Hindi, he fosters inclusive care across cultures.

Vincent Luu

With almost 10 yrs of experience in the field of exercise physiology, Vincent leads the GEP towards providing the most up to date plans and advice towards an array of different ailments. His knowledge mainly caters towards but is not limited to musculoskeletal health conditions.

He prides himself in constantly learning and adapting to whatever new information that comes his way. He doesn’t definitively say no to anything and is always looking to explore into ways that would increase the success rate of his clients even by just a fraction. He will to listen to reason to try and understand where you are coming from.

He draws his inspiration from his grandmother who is almost 90 but shows no signs of slowing down all because of the various physical activities she partakes in her retired life as well as her balanced diet.

Vincent avidly follows the NBA and plays basketball. He occasionally looks into the technicalities of powerlifting, weightlifting, strongman, mma and combat sports.
